La información existente hasta el momento sobre la situa ción en las distintas Regiones policiales es de carencia de in- cidentes de importancia en todo el territorio nacional. En cl - ámbito laboral se registran asambleas y paros atendiendo a las convocatorias de Centrales Sindicales y Partidos políticos. Se relacionan las acciones de protesta programadas para un futuro inmediato. También se adjuntan las propagandas difundidas o refercn cias de las mismas. GE-E 2/5 JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE MADRID Normalidad general en las distintas provincias de esta region. En Madrid se registra propaganda del P.C.E. apoyando la convocatoria de paros generalizados de dos horas, realizada por CC.00. y UGT. En su propaganda, CC.00, convoca a la huelga gene ral en los lugares de trabajo, permaneciendo en los mismos de — forma pacífica, En Torrejon de Ardoz (Madrid), es difundida propaganda invitando a la huelga, que no es secundada, Sobre 1: 11,40 hor: se registra en la calle Lope de - Vega de Madrid un enfrentamiento entre grupos de ideología polí tica contraria, no llegando a intervenir la Fuerza Pública al di solverse aquellos. Nuevos incidentes del mismo tipo tienen lugar posteriormente en la Plaza de Neptuno, resultando en ellos tres jóvenes heridos que tienen que ser asistidos en la Casa de Soco rro. Estos incidentes y algaradas callejeras se repiten en ca== lles próximas al Palacio de las Cortes, teniendo que intervenir en algunas ocasiones la Policia Nacional que practica una deten cion. Sobre las 13,15 horas unos 2o jóvenes alteran el orden público en la calle de Goya esquina a Velazquez, atravesando -- bancos y lanzando papeleras a la calzada, a la vez que proferian gritos de "Ejército al poder, JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE BALEARES En toda la región policial la situación ha sido de absoluta normalidad desde el inicio de los incidentes ocurridos en el Con greso de los Diputados. Hasta el momento, no se han programado acciones de protesta de ningún tipo. La situación de los servicios públicos y el desarrollo de la vida ciudadana es de completa normalidad. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE BARCELONA En la Región Policial de BARCELONA sc ha convocado huelga gencral para los días 24 y 25 del actual, por parte de CC. 00. Asímismo, diversos grupos cxtraparlamentarios como Liga Comunis ta Revolucionaria, Liga Comunista Revolucionaria de los Traba- jadores, Movimiento Comunista de Cataluna, Nacionalistas de Iz quierda, Partido de los Trabajadores y C. N. T., han convocado a huelga general y a una manifestación para las 19 horas de -- hoy, en BARCELONA. Aunque la asistencia a los centros de trabajo y de estu- dio fue normal, durante la mañana se han producido paros y =~ asambleas que han determinado que a las 12 horas de hoy la si- tuación en BARCELONA y su cinturón industrial sea la siguiente: - Puerto de Darcelona.- Totalmente paralizado, atendiendo la convocatoria de huclga de UGT, CC. 00. y Coordinado~ ra de Estibadorcs Portuarios. - Transportes de Barcelona y Ferrocarril Metropolitano.-- Paros de una hora, durante la mañana. - Transportes de Mercancías.- Paro en todas las Agencias de Transportes que han cerrado ante la presencia de pi quetes coactivos. - Empresas del Bajo Llobregat.- Paro total desde primeras -horas de la mañana en la mayoría. Algunas de estas cm- presas sólo han efectuado paros de dos horas. - Empresas de Barcelona, capital, y Zona franca.- En gene ral, se han realizado paros de dos horas. En la localidad de Santa Coloma de Gramanet, sobre las 0,30 horas, desde un vehiculo, se han efectuado diversos disparos de metralleta contra la fachada del Ayuntamiento, algunos de los cua les han penetrado en el interior, sin causar víctimas. Sobre las 8,30 horas cn la cstación del Metro de Sagrera, unos 10 jóvenes ocasionaron desperfectos en la cabina del Jefe de Estación, arrancando los tel£fonos con rotura de cristales y arrojando a las vías material de oficina, por cuyo motivo la circulación estuvo interrumpida durante tres cuartos de hora; también se repartió propaganda de LCR-IV Internacional contra cl golpismo invitando a la huelga gencral. GERONA . Situación normal de Fuerzas Armadas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado. Entre los grupos políticos únicamente Convergencia y Unión Democrática de Cataluña ha emitido un comunicado expresando su confianza cn la Generalidad y cn la Monarquía. Asimismo, hacia las 10 de la noche se reunicron en cl Ayuntamiento de Gerona rc- presentantes de fuerzas políticas de diversas tendencias para estudiar la situación y adoptar una postura conjunta de normali- dad. Los grupos sindicales no han emitido ningún comunicado, a excepción de la Central Sindical USO que pide serenidad a los trabajadores, mostrando su oposición a las huelgas y solicitando el apoyo total de las instituciones constitucionales. El ambiente en la calle y laboral es de normalidad, asi co- mo en los Centros Oficiales y Docentes. LERIDA. Absoluta normalidad en la situación de las Fucrzas Armadas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado; asimismo, la normalidad es absoluta en los medios y grupos políticos. En el ámbito sindi- cal se manticne la tranquilidad, pareciendo que CC.00. descombo- car& una asamblea prevista para la tarde de hoy. El ambiente laboral y de calle también cs de absoluta norma- lidad, así como en los Centros Docentes y Oficialcs. Sigue reunida con carácter permanente la Junta de Orden Pú- blico con contactos previstos para esta tarde a las 18 horas con líderes de Partidos políticos y Centrales sindicales, habicndo sido convocada para las 19 horas una rueda de prensa. BARCELONA. En el interior de la Facultad de Derecho aparece un cartel en el que se apoya la acción » se pi de la constitución de una Junta Militar y la inmediata detención y ejecución del Rey. Se practicó la detención de varios estudian tes presuntamente implicados en la colocación y en la elaboración del cartel. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE BILBAO Normalidad general en toda la region, con llamamientos de los diversos partidos políticos a la poblacion para que per manezca en calma, acuda a su trabajo y no atiendan posibles -- convocatorias de manifestaciones y paros, En Vizcaya, a Últimas horas de ayer, letreros y carte- les de L.K.T., EeMeKe y Herri Batasuna convocando huelga gene~ ral para hoy. En Guipúzcoa CC.00. y UGT convocaron un paro laboral de dos horas, en la tarde de ayer, que no fué secundado. Por su -- parte E.P.K. y E.M.K. convocaron a una huelga general con resul tado nulo. En Alava UGT y CC.00, convocaron paro de dos horas, en la tarde de ayer, que sólo fue secundado por "Unién Explosivos Rio-Tinto". En protesta por los sucesos de Madrid, L.K.I. convoca para las 19,30 horas de hoy una manifestación en el Boulevard de San Sebastian, al tiempo que pide la disolución de la Guar día Civil, depuración de los cuerpos militares y la moviliza- cion popular de la izquierda. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE CANARIAS Normalidad general en la region. En la Universidad de La Laguna aparecen carteles de L.C.R. y U.S+A.C., criticando la actitud golpista y abogando por la depuracion del aparato esta tal. En Las Pal as, a las 22,00 horas de ayer,militantes == del P.C.E. difunden propaganda y realizan pinta: siendo de= tenidos y seguidamente puestos en libertad. En la Universidad de La Laguna se celebra asamblea es tudiantil en la que intervienen numerosos dirigentes, acordan dose elaborar un comunicado de protesta por los sucesos de Ma drid y realizar mañana una huelga general. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE LA CORUÑA En Santiago de Compostela se producen desalojos en 1 Facultades de Filología, Ciencias de la Educación e Historia. Difundida propaganda de L,C.Re, M+CoGo, PoCoSo y PoS.To, convocando Asamblea de Distrito para tratar sobre castigo a los culpables y depuración de elementos fascistas de los Cuerpos de Seguridad. En El Ferrol paro de 3.500 trabajadores de "Astano", de 10 a 12 horas, y de 6,200 trabajadores en "Bazan", de 12 a 13 ho ras. En Vigo difundida propaganda de M.C.Go, MeGeRey LoCoRo, convocando a concentración, a las 19,30 horas, en la Puerta del Sol. Siguiendo llamamiento de CC.00. y UGT, se registran pa~ ros ent "Alvarez" de treinta minutos, "Barreras" de hora y media y "Vulcano" de una hora. Asímismo se registraron asambleas en = estas empresas y en "Citrien". En Villagarcia de Arosa el P.C.G. hace un llamamiento para realizar dos horas de paro en apoyo de la Constitución, Ing tituciones y Jefe del Estado. En la Universidad de Santiago, ademas de los desalojos anteriormente aludidos se producen otros en diversos centros, habiendo estado promovidos mediante carteles del M.C.G. que pe día acciones en favor de la democracia. Junto a este partido, ~ otros como L.C.Re, P+C.G. y PeS-P difunden propaganda convoc: do asamblea de distrito y propugnando el castigo' de los culpa-- bles y depuración de elementos fascistas de los Cuerpos de la ~ Seguridad del Estado; movilizacion y huelga general en la Univer sidad y apoyo a la convocataria de paros de dos horas, realizado, a nivel nacional, por CC.00, y UGT JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE GRANADA Irregularidades en el ritmo docente de los Centros Uni- versitarios. En los sectores productivos y de servicio se t baja con normalidad. Las Centrales Sindicales UGT, CC.00. y los Partidos Políticos PSA, PCA y PSOE, de Granada, enviaron un co municado conjunto expresando su repulsa por los incidentes ocu- rridos en el Congreso de los Diputados, mostrando su apoyo al - Rey y a la Constitución. Han acordado realizar dos horas de paro en los centros de trabajo. En Málaga la tranquilidad es absoluta, no habiendo más - reacción política que la constitución en asamblea permanente de la Corporación del Ayuntamiento de la Capital. En Estepona el PAU-PTA ha efectuado un llamamiento a la huelga general, distribuyendo propaganda en favor de la libertad de la clase obrera, ya que estos hechos no hubieran ocurrido si- se habiese expulsado a todos los facinerosos del Ejército y de - las Puerzas de Seguridad. La normalidad en Almería es absoluta, a excepción de un - comunicado de la CNT remitido a las emisoras locales. En Jaén el PCA ha dado un comunicado repudiando los hechos y CC.00., UGT, PSA, PCA y PSOE han redactado otro similar al de - Granada. La tranquilidad y normalidad en todos los sectores de pro- ducción, reina en Melilla. En Málaga CC.00. ha convocado a paros parciales alternati vos en las empresas, entre las 12 y las 16 horas, con excepción de los transportes. Por otra parte la central "Plataformas de Lu cha Obrera" ha convocado a huelga general en aquellos centros en los que tienen representntes sindicales, habiendose registrado ~ por tal motivo algunos paros entre 11 y 13 horas, en empresas de construcción y metal. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE OVIEDO Normalidad absoluta en toda la Región policial y no hay previstos actos de carácter público en protesta por la ocupa-~ ción del Palacio del Congreso de los Diputados, si bien en las provincias de SANTANDER y OVIEDO, se han registrado paros de = dos horas. OVIEDO Normalidad general, sí bien en el ámbito laboral se han registrado paros de dos horas en las principales empresas, sc- cundando la convocatoria a nivel nacional de CC. 00. y U.G.T.- La minería realizará un paro de 24 horas. SANTANDER Normalidad en todos los sectores, aunque algunas cmpre- sas han sccundado el paro de dos horas convocado por CC. 00. y U.G.T. LEON Absoluta normalidad en todos los sectores. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE PAMPLONA El ambiente es de tranquilidad expectante. En la mayoría de las fábricas de PAMPLONA se han celebrado asambleas y paros de dos horas. En TUDELA han tenido lugar asambleas, acordándose un pa= ro de 6 horas, intermitentes, a lo largo del día de hoy en la - Empresa PIHER. Los partidos políticos y centralcs sindicales han convo- cado reuniones de ámbito provincial para adoptar una postura co man. Se ha difundido propaganda suscrita por L.K.I. (Liga Comunista Revolucionaria), propugnando movilizaciones popula== res y convocando manifestaciones y concentraciones en los ba== rrios y en el centro de PAMPLONA para pedir la disolución de - la Guardia Civil y de los Cucrpos represivos. Otros grupos políticos de la izquierda extraparlamenta ria han convocado a manifostaciones y concentraciones sin con- cretar lugar y hora, En BERIAIN, en el Pozo "Esparza" de la empresa "POTASAS DE NAVARRA", 207 de los 225 productores que integran el primer turno, han abandonado el trabajo. El resto de la empresa conti núa con normalidad. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE SEVILLA Normalidad en la region. En Cádiz la empresa "Construcciones Aeronauticas, S.A." (C.A.SeAs), secunda la convocatoria de CC.00. y UGT realizando paro de dos horas. Igual actitud toman los trabajadores de "As tilleros Españoles". En Sanlucar de Barrameda, unas mil personas pertene== cientes al paro comunitario se concentran en el Polideportivo de la localidad, siendoles dirigida la palabra por el Alcalde y un representante de CC.00. que les solicitan normalidad, apo yo al Rey y al sistema democrático. En Sevilla normalidad, registrandose un pequeño descen so de asistencia escolar a los centros de E.G.B., Institutos y Universidad. Por su parte CC.00, y UGT han formulado convocato rias de paros, que solamente ha sido secundada en "Construccio nes Aeronauticas" y otras pequeñas factori Los diversos partidos políticos han enviado comunicados a los distintos medios para expresar su adhesión a la Corona y condenando el incidente de Madrid. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE VALENCIA En Valencia normalidad general. Paros de dos horas en al gunas empre. como "Altos Hornos” de Sagunto, "Unión Naval de - Levante", "Astilleros Españoles" y otras. En la Facultad de Historias se registra paro estudiantil a partir de las 12 horas, y en la Universidad es difundida pro- paganda de L.C.R. y MC. contra el "golpe militar". En la zona universitaria de Murcia, aparecen pancartas de L.C.R. y MeC., pidiendo la depuración de las F.A.S. y F.0.Po En asamblea estudiantil se pide la disolución de los grupos fas cistas y terroristas. En Cartagena normalidad, si bien prosigue el paro de == días anteriores en los autobuses urbanos. Aparece propaganda do CC.00, y UGT en apoyo del Rey, Fuerzas Armas y Constitución. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE VALLADOLID Normalidad cn toda la Región policial cn todos los ámbitos, excepto en el laboral, cn cl que se han registrado paros de dos ~ horas en: = FASA-RENAULT y SAVA-ENASA, de Valladolid. - FASA-RENAULT, de Palencia. JEFATURA SUPERIOR DE POLICIA DE ZARAGOZA En Zaragoza normalidad general. Por su parte CC.00. y = UGT han difundido un comunicado convocando a paro de dos horas en protesta por los sucesos de Madrid, y para celebrar asambleas, invitando a los trabajadores a no participar en manifestaciones y actos callejeros. La Diputación General de Aragon ha hecho un llamamiento al pueblo aragones expresando su lealtad al Rey y condenando los hechos. Similares acuerdos ha tomado el Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza en un pleno extraordinario. En la Universidad de Zaragoza asamblea de distrito con - asistencia masiva de estudiantes, con acuerdo de concentración en la Plaza de España a las 18,30 horas, y celebrar mañana hue) ga general y la entrega de un escrito de protesta al Rector. Durante la noche se ha difundido propaganda de C.N.T., L.C.R., CoS.UeTe y MoCoA. convocando a concentración, a las -- 19,15 horas en la Plaza de España, llamamiento que se sabe no - será secundado por el PSOE y PCE.
