El director de 'Cambio-16' [REDACTADO] y el jefe de prensa del Ministerio del Interior preparan un libro sobre el golpe militar del 23-F. La tesis central es que estuvo basado en la 'Operación Ariete', diseñada en la época de Carrero Blanco, compuesta de: 1) vacío de poder; 2) manifestaciones de masas. La segunda parte fue frenada en Barcelona a las 6 AM. Se revelaría que 6.206 guardias asaltaron el Palacio del Congreso con un plan que preveía entre 80 y 110 muertos.

The central thesis is that it was based on 'Operación Ariete', designed during the Carrero Blanco era, comprising: 1) power vacuum; 2) mass demonstrations.
