Her

giar a instituciones policiales.
y seguridad.

At the headquarters of the Palace of Justice, the celebration continued.
taking place today, in morning and afternoon sessions, -
the Hearing of the Appeal against the Judgment dictated

The day has developed normally and in am--

than in previous days. The relatives and friends of the pro-
dismissed as well as some of these have attended the Hearing -
and also the far-right leader Sánchez Covisa.
The hearing in its morning session began at 10:00
hours, with the public there being very sparse at those times -
gathered. In this order, the Abo-
gados: Antonio Muñoz Perea, García Villalonga, Pedro Martín
Fernández, Dimas Sanz, Julio Ortiz and José Salva Paradela.
Almost all of them wielded in defense
of the defendants the arguments already presented by their com-
drapers in previous days of the non-existence of the crime -
of rebellion, the need for the application of the defense
of necessity to act in wurtud of due obedience, the --
extenuating circumstance of acting for patriotic reasons, etc.

of Navio Camiio Menedez, Captain Pascual Galvez and the ci

He also noted that García Carres had been expelled -

that the Prosecutor intended by filing the
course to get a harsher sentence for Carres in order to
to exemplify the possible civil plot.
The defender of Captain Gómez Iglesias, Mr. García Villa

defended was a member of the CESID should not be considered -
as an aggravating circumstance at the time of being held -
taking into account his actions, which at all times were corroborative

The Lieutenant's defender then took the floor --

his client was not involved in the crime of conspiracy -
