Oficio del CSJM (RESERVADO, 7 julio 1981) comunicando al Ministerio de Defensa el procesamiento del Capitán de la Guardia Civil Don Vicente Gómez Iglesias, en cumplimiento del artículo 595 del CJM, una vez desestimados los recursos interpuestos. Gómez Iglesias era el oficial de la Guardia Civil que coordinó el asalto al Congreso junto a Tejero.

CSJM official communication (RESERVED, 7 July 1981) notifying the Ministry of Defence of the prosecution of Civil Guard Captain Vicente Gómez Iglesias, in compliance with Article 595 of the Military Justice Code, after appeals were dismissed. Gómez Iglesias was the Civil Guard officer who coordinated the Congress assault alongside Tejero.

día 30de de Junio de 1981, tengo el honor de remitir a
V.E. testimonio del Auto de procesamiento del Capitán
de la Guardia Civil DON VICENTE GOMEZ IGLESIAS, una -
vez firme por haber sido desestimado el recurso inter
puesto en su momento, y que a tal efecto eleva a este
Consejo Supremo el Consejero Togado Juez Especial desig-
nado por Real Decreto 287/1981, Instructor de la Causa
núm. 2/1981.
