Lu de Justicia Militar, y por haberlo acordadoasí el -

tir a V.E. testimonio del Auto de procesamiento del
Comandante de Infantería DON JOSE CORTINA PRIETO, una
vez firme por haber sido desestimado el recurso in-
terpuesto en su momento, y que a tal efecto eleva a
este Consejo Supremo el Consejero Togado Juez Espe
cial designado por Real Decreto 287/1981, Instructor
de la Causa núme 2/1981.
