REPORT FORMULATED BY THE LIEUTENANT GENERAL CHIEF OF THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMY IN RELATION TO THE FACTS ALLEGED BY LIEUTENANT GENE RAL DON JAIME MILANS DEL BOSCH AND USSIA. When Lieutenant General MILANS DEL BOSCH was arrested On February 24, my Authority decided to occupy is the office of the Head of Service of this Headquarters for es- timar was the most appropriate place for the category of the arrested person and -- the circumstances of the moment. On the other hand, it cannot be said that there was a violation guna of Article 17 of the Constitution, and good proof of this is that the appeal does not specify what has been violated of the multiple full precepts contained in said Article, considering that the - total content thereof cannot in any way hinder the action tion of the Command that imposes discipline in the Army, and, in all ca 50, because the extraordinary circumstances that determined the arrest required the measures that were estimated by my Authority as most opportune for the most exact fulfillment of the duty "as required." "general prudence and the demands of discipline" -Article 95 of the Royal Ordinances.
