Oficio SECRETO (Carpeta 21801) del Presidente en funciones del Consejo Supremo de Justicia Militar (Federico Gómez de Salazar y Nieto) al Ministro de Defensa, comunicando la imposición de cuatro días de ARRESTO en domicilio al General Consejero Togado José Bautista Domínguez (por dirigirse a la autoridad en 'términos inapropiados') y al General Consejero Togado de la Armada Julio Cagigal Carlos (por 'términos graves y reiteradamente inapropiados' en relación a los generales imputados y precedencias militares). Sanción impuesta al amparo del artículo 443 del Código de Justicia Militar.

Excmo. Sre
En la mafiana de hoy y con ocasión de la celebración del
Consejo Reunido en Sala de Justicia, el General Consejero
Togado DON JOSE BARCINA RODRIGUEZ,-se ha dirigido a mi
Autoridad en término irrespetuosos, por lo que le he impue:
to un correctivo de OCHO DIAS de arresto en su domicilio.
Asimisno el Generdl Conssjero Togado de la Armada
DON JUSTO CARRERO RAMOS, se ha dirigido a mi Autoridad en
términos graves y remteradamente irrespetuosos que afectan
a las relaciones de respeto y subordinación militar entre
superior y subordinado, por loque he decidido imponerle
el correctivo de CATORCE DIAS DE ARRESTOS en su domicilio.
Ambos casos están comprendidos en las faktas leves
del articulo 443 del Código de Justicia Militar.

SUBJECT: Regarding Meeting in the Courtroom.
Hon. Mr.
On this morning and on the occasion of the celebration of the
Council Meeting in the Courtroom, the General Counsel
Dressed DON JOSE BARCINA RODRIGUEZ,-he has addressed me
Authority in disrespectful terms, for which I have imposed:
to a corrective EIGHT DAYS of arrest at his home.
Likewise, the General Counselor of the Navy
DON JUSTO CARRERO RAMOS, has addressed my Authority in
serious and completely disrespectful terms that affect
to relations of respect and military subordination between
superior and subordinate, so I have decided to impose
the corrective of FOURTEEN DAYS OF ARRESTS at his home.
Both cases are included in the minor facts
of article 443 of the Code of Military Justice.
