Certificación del Centro Superior de Información de la Defensa (CESID) solicitada para su unión a la Causa 2/81 (Microfilmación 00305/S, S/Ref Causa 2/81, Núm. 2, Fecha 08-01-82), elaborada en cumplimiento de auto del Consejo Supremo de Justicia Militar. El CESID certifica que: (a) todas las acciones informativas de la Unidad mandada por el Comandante Cortina concluían con la confección y entrega de un informe a sus jefes; (b) en el CESID existían actividades informativas 'permanentes' en la fecha del 23-F, sin vinculación alguna con el asalto al Congreso; (c) la Unidad Escuela de Cortina disponía de un sistema de transmisiones independiente utilizado habitualmente para enseñanza y no operativo.

Certification from the CESID requested for inclusion in Causa 2/81 proceedings (Microfilm 00305/S, S/Ref Causa 2/81, No. 2, Date 08-01-82), issued in compliance with a Supreme Military Court order. CESID certifies that: (a) all intelligence activities in Cortina's unit concluded with preparation and delivery of a report to superiors; (b) CESID had 'permanent' intelligence activities on 23-F date, with no link whatsoever to the Congress assault; (c) Cortina's School Unit had an independent transmission system habitually used for teaching, not operations.
