THE PRESIDEN'J:'F OF THE SALJ!. orders that so be it done. Rest of the defendants: deny their participation in conspiracy any ration. Their actions were - according to the defendants motivated by the obedience due to their commands, which accepts Following a decision by His Majesty, they adopted the necessary measures to to exercise this. I highlighted in the reading the exaltation of real moral values •• · t / /. t • - 4 - ized in their respective statements by General TORRFS ROJAS, Colonel SAN MARTIN, and Commander PARDO. Colonel SAN MARTIN discharges his responsibility on the General JUST. Commander PARDO in his statements exonerates the Capi as he considers his subordinates. - All certifications from General JUSTE have been read, from which it can be deduced: that he had no knowledge. previous of the facts; that Colonel SAN MARTIN hid the preparations from him ratios; that he was not deprived of the exercise of command; and that When he could he tried to confirm the situation, acting later mind accordingly. - In today's session: Specific reference has been made to the King, H.M. or CROWN, no - less than 89 times and to the QUEEN, no less than 5 times. Specific reference has been made to the CESID, no less than 21 years ces. 3.- OTHER FACTS AND COMMENTS. - A copy of a writing "Repli" has been circulated among attendees. ca to Mr. PEDRCL RIUS" signed by the Co-defensor Commander of BERLANGA REYES Infantry (Captain BATISTA). It is unknown if been delivered to the press, - Today there has been no contact between m,c.s.-processed. It is foreseeable that tension will increase between family members and peri~ You don't have to coincide in breaks, because of the irritation that produces some chronicles to the former. - There is also some irritation between lawyers and journalists for security control. - It would be desirable to install a "setpoint 11" prior to - control where to deposit effects (coats, bags, briefcases - press, etc.).
