so Armada.
go y en ellas :

cia el defensor), Coronel Cuesta, Coronel Pardo de Santayana;
Tenientes Coroneles Leiva (3)y Carretero, Comandante Bonel (2),

gar a nada.
3.- OTRAS INFORMACIONES Y CUMBN'YAKLUS

DEFENSE LINE
The lawyer Mr. Hermosilla seems to continue directing his
defense along the following lines:
1) Present General Armada as outside the conspiracy)
and events of 23-F.
2) Demonstrate the falsehood of the accusations against your defense
derived from the statements of the other proceedings
sados.
First determine the General's actions the previous days
res at 23=P,
The hours of 23 and 24 F repeatedly show that:
The General Armada was always accompanied and the people
Those who accompanied him were there, the situation confirms
given by other statements.

go to nothing.
He showed surprise upon learning of the assault on Congress.
He did not help the rebels with his actions.
He gave orders so that the units that had left --
their barracks will return to the same ones.
He received a call - according to his own statements -
General Armada- of Lieutenant General Milans del Bosch who
proposed a solution that was described as "barbaric--
dad", and that he was not the right person; if necessary
sario would sacrifice himself for Spain.
He is not the person expected in Congress.
He had no incidents with Lieutenant General Gabeiras.
He worried about the fate of the hostages.
When the possible solution was communicated to him, he put it into
knowledge of Zarzuela and PREJUJEM. Once --
authorized went to Congress to negotiate under the title -
staff.
His subsequent arrest caused perplexity in those around him.
The performance of the defense is causing some concern -
in other defense lawyers.
