Tejero-
le franqueó el paso sólo al Gral. Armada, quien permaneció
alrededor de una hora en el interior. Al salir manifestó:
"Be fracasado",
las fuerzas del cordón exterior, que estaban a sus Órdenes;
ron luego.
Sólo hubo confusión durante los 15 primeros minutos. No --
do.
cuantos menos estuvieran mejor.
= Al Sr, Sanz Arribas.
Tejero, afirmó que había fracasado to-
talmente y añadió: "Este hombre está loco".

The General Armada told him: I come authorized to offer -

General Aramburu had practical command despite being the
Senior Gen. Saenz de Santamaría.
The surrender document was accepted by the JUJEM to the
four minutes after receiving the proposal.
The witness believes that the DAC Lieutenants were not --
nor exempt from responsibility.
Members of the Civil Guard were arrested
for their disciplinary, not criminal, responsibilities.
About the incident with Tcol. Tejero, witnessed by
Gen. Prieto, said that the first declared without oath

that qualifies the previous one.

2.2.- Testimonial evidence of Lieutenant General Saez de Santamaría.
It is done under oath.
This evidence was requested by the lawyers at the time.
Messrs. Hermosilla, López Montero, Sanz Arribas and Munoz Perea.
The responses were the following:
- To Mr. Hermosilla
. To avoid making a mistake, the witness states that he is going to read
his statement, to which the President objects that he can
read your notes but answer without reading. In this way
continues the statement from which the following can be highlighted
