NOTA INFORMATIVA
Ventosa (1 h. 15 m.), Ortiz Call (30 minutos), Centeno (37 minu
* Reina aprobaban la operación.
Y a continua---
Guar
dia Civil y Policía Nacional estaban mezcladas.

will.
Y si no salie--

who has only been asked by three defenders. Suspending the
session at 6 p.m., until tomorrow at 10 a.m.
INCIDENTS AND ESTIMATES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SESSION
2.1.- Interrogation of defenders and prosecutor of the Brigadier General
by Mr. Fernando Rodriguez Ventosa.
The declaration of this General, who occupied the Headquarters
ra of the Operations Division of the E.M.E. on the 23rd of
February 1981, has been practically uninteresting, --
for the few new features it has provided, being unique--
mind to point out the following statements:
- He was present when General Armada received the --
call from Valencia urging him to propose himself as President
you. At first, General Armada refused to accept
the idea, although he finally accepted it "for the good of Spain
fia", and he said so to those present.

- He did not know anything about the proposal of planes and money to

jero was "irreducible."
-He heard General Armada talking to someone, whom he knew-
name of the Villaviciosa 14 Regiment (without knowing who
this is), ordering the withdrawal of TVE.
- He did not see General Armada look at a copy of the Cons
titution, despite the fact that the TCol. Sierra claims to have

Mr. Segura has pointed out that it should not be like that.
Qader Interrogation of defenders and prosecutor to General de Bri
gada Mr. Fernando Ortiz Call, who was Head of BRIAC XII

who ignores what was discussed in it. And by order of the Ge-
neral Juste read to him the missions of his Brigade, which
It was to take 5 radio stations and the Parque del Oeste.
- He obeyed, as ordered by the Chief of his Division, and
tell him that it was the King's order. He prepared the Unit, but -
He didn't get to go out because the Captain General forbade him, -
order that General Juste corroborated.

presence. Colonel San Martín did not intervene in these
orders and General Torres Rojas had no participation

23. Interrogation of General D. Angel Centeno Pérez, who
He was Colonel Chief of the Wad-Ras Regiment.
- Arrived at DAC Headquarters at the same time -
than General Juste, and has given details of the meeting
of the Division's commanders, among whom are

- General Juste did not give orders, although he accepted that
were given.
- The Orders were prepared, almost improvised, by the E.M.
- General Torres Rojas assured that the King and the --
*Queen approved the operation.
- At the meeting they already talked about General Milans
from Bosch and Armada. And if never, in statements -
previous, he had appointed the General Armada, he -

things did not come out due to the prohibition of Captain Ge-
neral.
He always believed, and with him all the DAC commanders,

2.4.- Interrogation of the General of the Civil Guard Don Manuel
Prieto López, for defenders and prosecutor.
- He began his speech by saying to questions from -
President, who "had no enmity with any defendant,
friendship with many and affection for everyone'! And then---
tion, to questions from several defenders he stated that if---

He coincided in the Blue Division with the Generals Mi--

He joined General Aramburu's entourage when he

who entered together.
When we arrived at Congress, the area was not closed off. Guar
Civil Day and National Police were mixed. There was
National Police inside the Congress fence.
He had the opportunity to speak with the TCol. I knit about 7 or 8
times. and
Tejero told him that he was following orders from the King and Gene
ral Milans. This was communicated to General Aramburu.
He concluded that the TCol. Tejero obeyed
someone's denes and that his performance was in accordance
with the 32nd Military Region because he saw a telex arrive at the
Congress from this Region.
The force that commanded the TCol. Tejero was improvised
but he had the regulation weapons.
He does not believe that they expected a replacement by another force but
yes the arrival of a military authority. They did not summon him
the name of the expected authority.
He observed in the force great serenity and discipline in--
terna. They gave the impression that they were proud «-
of what they were doing.

He did not see the gun pointed at him nor did he hear the
phrase "first I shoot him and then I commit suicide."
Given their proximity, he is surprised not to have heard her.
Regarding a document that General Aramburu says exists
in which General Prieto rectifies his statements--
summary reports, ensures that said writing is dated
March 4 and the declaration of March 31 for what
that such rectification is impossible. In this regard the
