RELACION CESID (Dirección) - PREJUJEM(J-2) (Desde un principio y antes de que se reuniera la Junta de Jefes de Estado Mayor se mantuvo relaci6n) - Recomendación de que la Autoridad Militar asumiera el control de la situaci6n y diera un comunicado por radio y TV. - Recomendación de acci6n sicológica en el Congreso, - sobre los Guardias que habían sido obligados a ir y sobre todos, mediante informaci6n de la situación real en el resto de ESPAÑA (donde reinaba la calma), fracaso de la sublevación, ......... . - Recomendación de aislar la zona del Congreso para evitar que los sublevados recibieran refuerzo y adhesiones. - Información sobre la situaci6n en las diversas regio nes militares, recibida de los Sectores. - Información sobre la situaci6n en la zona de la capi tal, movimiento de Unidades y vehículos militares, (corte de la - carretera de El Goloso, movimiento de vehículos de la DA, llegada de elementos móviles de dicha DA con PM al Congreso, presencia de vehículos militares en Radio y TVE, .... ) - Información sobre la situación interior del Congreso. Acciones realizadas por el TCol. TEJERO. - Lectura del Capitán General de Valencia y de las su- puestas regiones adheridas al golpe. - Actitud tensa de los Guardias y del TCol. TEJERO den- tro del Congreso en relaci6n al aislamiento de miembros del Gob .• - 2 - no (Presidente, Vicepresidente Primero, Ministro de Defensa, Se cretarios Generales PSOE y PCE, etc.). - Intentos de parlamento del General ARAMBURU, General ARMADA y General SAENZ DE SANTA MARIA en el Congreso. - Conversaciones mantenidas por el TCol. TEJERO con VA LENCIA. - Negociaciones con los sediciosos ofreciendo circuns tancias atenuantes en caso de deponer las armas. - Recomendaciones sobre la conveniencia de prever acciones en ca so de evolución favorable de la situación en el sentido de: - Dónde y cómo llevar los detenidos - Escoltas Nombramiento de jueces - Redacción de un comunicado (Durante toda la tarde hubo un contínuo intercambio de información entre la JUJEM y el CESID).
