- No tuvo iniciativas.

In summary, Mr. López Montero has attempted to highlight nstate that Lieutenant Colonel Tejero on 23F: - He was not the boss of anything, he was an operational lieutenant colonel. - He performed a service under the order of two generals with the royal impulse and in favor of His Majesty, the Constitution and democracy. As far as Lieutenant Colonel Mas is concerned, his conduct was framed within his trade or position as an assistant of Lieutenant General Milans, that is, attached to a general to help him and that therefore he did not do anything initially. own initiative. His client always acted out of obedience - due also applicable to the state of necessity. Mr. Martín Fernández qualifies: - those prosecuted as men of rank and honor, deservedly givers of the greatest praise, Magnificent ca-- Spanish lleros who got paid motivated by a state of necessity. - the conduct of the defendants as dignified, honest acts brave and spirited for the defense of Spain. Finally he says: "Counselors, for your consciences and. honor, and with courage I hope you will give absolution". "These -- men are what Spain needs", Intervention by General Vallespín Morales, co-defender of the Lieutenant Colonel More Oliver. - General Vallespín, in his speech, dedicated a long preamble to try to raise awareness in the Court to Don't let yourself be influenced, even in the subconscious, by motivations unrelated to the facts. To this end, he has criticized (without mentioning names) certain political parties for their statements, to the media - social communication for their reckless judgments, to the -- authorities for allowing it and the military justice for - the treatment given to the defendants. After the above he has gone on to defend himself - said, based, in a similar way to other previous ones, on: - There has been no rebellion, since the facts are not 'manifest'. totally contrary to the Constitution. - Lieutenant Colonel Más limited himself to obeying what he believed.
