identifica.
Sala le i

with the passage of time.
In the course of reading his writing, Mr. Esqui-

- It is not military orthodoxy to impute the impulsion of a
action, of the magnitude of the treaty, to a subordinate and
with just one sentence.
- Captain Abad had belonged to the SECED (predecessor of the
CESID) and was in a position to know that the sharing
mention prevented Captain Gómez Iglesias from having the
knowledge, which is attributed to him.

facts and people of the DAC and third R.M.

The defense states that there is a fundamental difference between
his story and that of the Public Prosecutor's Office and it is the intention
which led Captain Román to act. The processing operates in
the belief that their assistance may be necessary, even --
not knowing the service to be performed. There is no fraud. there is no

that in his opinion and on the basis of internal agreements

(Declaration of the Rights of Man), the Court is
partly subject to the jurisdiction and jurisprudence of the --
International Court of Strasbourg.
In accordance with this criterion, it relates the causes that in
its estimate causes the nullity of the process:
- Appointment of a Special Investigating Judge, (Con-
councilor Togado de Aguilar y Elizaga).
- Denial of evidence.
- Recusal of Air Counselor García Escudero.
- The ruling is missing in an appeal before the Constitutional Court

Squire).
- Admission of 100% of tests requested by the Ministry
Prosecutor and less than 50% of those requested by the lawyer
Mr. Muñoz Perea.
- The multiple protests expressed by the defense during
the development of oral vision. :
For all these reasons, the defense considers that the process is void, and
everything that has been done, and that in its day the sentence will also be
to be dictated. However, the defense then begins
itself, in which it presents successively:
- The facts, their prosecution, and conclusions.
According to the defense, there was no crime of rebellion; the behavior
of Captain Pascual was motivated by non-attributable error
and companionship, in an environment of need; and his behavior,
after the "royal message" delivered by Colonel San -
Martín, it couldn't have been any other.
Mr. Muñoz Perea also made some disquisitions on
the possibility of a lawful rebellion, and made considerations

3.- OTHER FACTS AND COMMENTS.
- Today there have also been 5 defendants missing from the oral hearing. The number-
number of journalists oscillated throughout the day between ten and
twenty.
- In general, fatigue and disinterest can be seen.
- In the afternoon outside the barracks the troops
of the National Police were higher than those of previous days.
